Phase D

  • Fragrance

Phase E

  • NaOH, 30% soln

Procedure

n main vessel, add Phase A with mixing. Mix until uniform. Add Phase B ingredients into main vessel. Mix until uniform. Begin heating Phase AB to 65-70°C with continued mixing. Combine Phase C in a separate vessel and heat to 65-70°C. Mix until completely melted and uniform. Add Phase C slowly into main vessel with moderate mixing. Add homogenizing mixing. Hold both mixers, without entraining air for 10 minutes before beginning cool down. When batch has cooled to 35°C or below, add Phase D. Add 80% of Phase E to neutralize pH to 5.5-6.5. Increase level as needed to be within range. QS with water.
